Print run sheets and capture proof of delivery

On this page

Every morning your crews need a list of the day’s jobs, and every job needs a record that it was done. In this tutorial we’ll print the run sheet and walk through proof of delivery on the crew’s phone.

Steps in short

  1. Open Run sheet and press Download PDF.
  2. The crew scans the job’s QR code, or opens the crew link.
  3. Record who received it, a signature, up to six photos and notes.
  4. Press Complete delivery to close the job.

1. Download the day’s run sheet

Open the Run sheet tab and press Download PDF (or use the run sheet button on any day in the Calendar). Jobs are grouped by region, mornings first, then sorted by postcode. Each job shows the address, phone, items, services and notes, with tick boxes, and your office notes are printed too.

2. Open the job on a phone

Each job on the run sheet has a QR code. The crew scans it with their phone to open the proof-of-delivery page. You can also copy the crew link from the booking and send it to them.

3. Capture a signature and photos

On their phone, the crew types the name of the person receiving the delivery, gets a signature on the screen, takes up to six photos and adds any notes.

4. Complete the delivery

Complete delivery marks the job delivered, keeps the signature and photos with the booking, and marks the order fulfilled in Orbit where your Orbit version allows it. The order is tagged delivery-completed.

Good to know

  • Signatures and photos are kept with the booking, inside the plugin — open the booking to see them.
  • The Today’s deliveries and installs card on your dashboard home shows how many of today’s jobs are done.
