No. The recommendation widgets drop into your pages in the page builder, and bundles become real products that go through the cart and checkout you already have.
Every plugin has a free trial when you install it from the Orbit plugin store — 7 days on AI Product Recommendations and Product Bundles, 14 days on Quick Order Pad and Delivery & Installation. Billing is handled by Orbit alongside your store subscription — we never see your card details.
Uninstall the plugin from the Plugins page in your Orbit dashboard. Recommendation widgets disappear from your storefront; bundle products stay in your catalogue until you remove them.
Yes. Before you have any sales history it matches products on what they are, then leans more on real behaviour as views and orders build up.
Widgets hide themselves when they have nothing to show. Check the placement is switched on in the plugin’s Settings, that the widget is placed in your product or cart page template, and that the first model has finished building (Model status on the Overview tab).
No. Save & sync creates each bundle as a normal product in your catalogue, so it sells like anything else.
Stock comes off every item inside the bundle. Cancel the order and it goes back. A bundle’s own stock always reflects how many your items can make.
No — Fixed, Mix & match and Volume pack are set when the bundle is created. Create a new bundle if you need a different type, and pause the old one.
