PLUGIN 01 · £39.99 / MONTH · 7-DAY FREE TRIAL
Grow your average order value with recommendations that learn from real shopper behaviour — what people view together and what they buy together. It powers Frequently Bought Together, You May Also Like, cart cross-sells and Trending Now, and it gives sensible suggestions from day one, before you have any sales history.

HOW IT WORKS
01
Every product view and every purchase on your store becomes a signal it can learn from.
02
Every 6 hours it rebuilds its model of which products go together. Your catalogue re-syncs every hour.
03
Suggestions appear on product pages, in the cart and on landing pages — and skip anything already in the basket.
04
Your Overview shows the revenue recommendations brought in, how often they were shown and how often they were clicked.
No sales history yet? It starts by matching products on what they are, then leans on real behaviour as your views and orders build up.
Products shoppers tend to view and buy alongside the one they’re looking at.
Add-ons that go with what’s in the basket, leaving out anything already in it.
Trending products from across your store, on any page you build.
The Overview tab: revenue, impressions, clicks and model status at a glance. Sample data.
SETUP GUIDE
In your Orbit dashboard, open the plugin store, find AI Product Recommendations and choose Install. You’ll be asked to approve its permissions: it reads your products, customers, orders and store settings. It never changes your catalogue.

Finding the plugin in the store and approving permissions.
Open AI Recommendations from your dashboard sidebar. Your catalogue starts syncing in the background, and the Model status card on the Overview tab tells you when the first model is ready. You don’t need to do anything while it runs.
In the page builder, open your product page template and drop the AI Recommendations widget where you want suggestions to appear. Do the same on your cart page, below the cart items. For Trending now, drop it onto your home page or any landing page.
The Placements tab lists each spot and how it’s performing. Widgets hide themselves while they have nothing to show.
In Settings, switch each placement on or off and rename its heading. Set how many products each widget shows (4 by default), and choose whether out-of-stock products are left out — they are, unless you say otherwise.
Every suggestion blends three things: what’s bought together, what’s viewed together, and how similar the products are. The weighting setting decides the mix:
Set the widget’s font, accent colour, corner radius and background so it looks like the rest of your shop. Check how it looks in the Widget tab.
The Overview shows revenue from recommendations over the last 30 days, how many times they were shown and clicked, and how many signals the model has learned from. If you’ve made big changes to your catalogue, press Rebuild model instead of waiting for the next scheduled rebuild.
