Subscribing
When you’re ready, you subscribe in Orbit’s own payment window with one of your store’s saved cards.
What you pay
Each plugin is its own monthly subscription, in pounds, with VAT added where it applies. We never see your card.
Cancelling
Cancel from the Plugins page in your dashboard. You keep the plugin until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Do I get a second free trial if I reinstall?
No — each plugin has one free trial per store.
Is VAT included in the prices?
No. Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies.
Does switching a plugin off stop the billing?
No. Deactivating a plugin pauses it but doesn’t cancel the subscription — cancel it, or uninstall, to stop paying.
Do you offer refunds?
Cancelling stops the next payment, and you keep the plugin until the end of the period you’ve paid for. There’s no refund for the current period.
Can I pay yearly?
Statements & Credit Control can be paid yearly at £299.99. The others are monthly.
