Every Rocketworks plugin starts with a free trial and is billed by Orbit, alongside your other apps and add-ons. In this tutorial we’ll go through the trial, paying, and cancelling.
In short
- The trial starts when you install — no card needed.
- Subscribe in Orbit’s Complete Purchase window.
- Each plugin is its own monthly subscription, in pounds, plus VAT.
- Use Cancel subscription; you keep access to the end of the period.
1. The free trial
The trial starts the moment you install and needs no card: 7 days for AI Product Recommendations and Product Bundles & Kits, 14 days for the other four. It doesn’t turn into a paid subscription by itself — nothing is charged unless you subscribe.
Your Plugins page shows Trial ends and the date next to the plugin.
2. Subscribing
To keep a plugin, you subscribe in Orbit’s Complete Purchase window: choose one of your store’s saved cards under Payment Method — or Add New Payment Method — and press Purchase. Subscribe during the trial and the first charge is on the day the trial ends.
3. What you pay
Each plugin is a separate monthly subscription, charged to the card you chose, with VAT added where it applies. You’ll find them all under Settings → Plan & Billing, in Apps and add-ons, with the renewal date for each.
| Plugin | Price | Free trial |
|---|---|---|
| AI Product Recommendations | £39.99 a month | 7 days |
| Product Bundles & Kits | £19.99 a month | 7 days |
| Quick Order Pad | £19.99 a month | 14 days |
| Delivery & Installation | £39.99 a month | 14 days |
| Modular 3D Builder | £49.99 a month | 14 days |
| Statements & Credit Control | £29.99 a month, or £299.99 a year | 14 days |
4. Cancel or resume
On the Plugins page, open the ⋯ menu next to the plugin and choose Cancel subscription (it’s also in Settings → Plan & Billing → Apps and add-ons). You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and it won’t renew. There’s no refund for the current period.
Changed your mind? Choose Resume subscription before that date.
Good to know
- Deactivate switches a plugin off but doesn’t stop billing — cancel the subscription as well, or uninstall.
- Uninstalling cancels the subscription at the end of the current period.
